Convivium: Journal of Religious and Cultural Studies (JRCS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. The journal’s archiving policy includes the following measures:

1. Automatic Archiving via PKP PN
   JRCS participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to securely archive and preserve all published articles for the long term.

2. Institutional and Personal Repositories
   Authors are permitted to deposit both pre-print and post-print versions of their articles in:

   • Institutional repositories

   • Public repositories (e.g., Academia.edu, ResearchGate, Zenodo)

   • Personal websites

   Archiving is allowed as long as proper attribution is given and a link to the original version on the JRCS website is provided.

3. Indexing and Metadata
   All articles are enriched with metadata compatible with major indexing systems to ensure discoverability and long-term accessibility.
