Author Guidelines
Journal of Innovative Applied Management and Business (JIAMB) welcomes scholarly manuscripts in the form of original research articles, case studies, literature reviews, and best practice papers relevant to applied management and business innovation.
1. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using proper academic language.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
-
There are no article processing charges (APC-free).
2. Article Structure
For research articles, the recommended structure includes:

Title (max. 15 words)

Author Names and Affiliations

Abstract (150–250 words) + Keywords (3–5 words)

Literature Review / Theoretical Framework

Research Methodology

Results and Discussion

Conclusion and Recommendations

3. Manuscript Format
-
Article length: 5,000 – 7,000 words (including references)

Line spacing: 1.5, font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
-
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
-
Citations and references must follow the APA Style (latest edition)
-
At least 15 references, 80% from scholarly journals (within the last 10 years)
4. Writing Ethics

Authors must avoid plagiarism. All submissions will be checked using anti-plagiarism tools.

Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

The contribution of each author should be clearly stated in multi-authored manuscripts.
5. Submission Process

Authors must register and submit their manuscripts through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS).

All communication will be conducted via the OJS platform and official email.
6. Copyright and Licensing

Published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Authors retain the copyright but grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.
