Author Guidelines

1. Scope and Article Types

Educational Research Review and Practice (ERRP) accepts scholarly manuscripts in the form of:

  • Systematic reviews

  • Meta-analyses

  • Conceptual or theoretical papers

  • Case studies and best practices in education

Submissions should be relevant to education and contribute to the development of theory, practice, or policy.

2. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  • All sources must be properly cited.

  • Authors must avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, and redundant publication.

3. Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia, using clear academic language.

  • Use the official ERRP template (available on the journal website).

  • Manuscripts should be 4,000–8,000 words, including abstract and references.

  • General structure:

    • Title

    • Author(s) and affiliation(s)

    • Abstract (150–250 words) and 3–5 keywords

    • Introduction

    • Method (if applicable)

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion and Implications

    • References

4. Style and Citation

  • Use APA 7th Edition citation style.

  • All references must be cited in-text and listed in the reference section.

5. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the OJS system or the journal’s official submission platform.

  • Authors must register before submitting their manuscript.

6. Review Process

  • All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review.

  • Authors will receive reviewer comments and may be asked to revise accordingly.

  • Final decisions are made by the editorial board.

7. Article Processing Charges

  • No article processing charges (APC-free).

8. Copyright and License

  • All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

  • Copyright remains with the author(s).
