All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Innovative Applied Management and Business (JIAMB) undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other to maintain objectivity.

Review Process Stages:

  1. Initial Screening (Editorial Check)
The editorial team evaluates the manuscript for scope relevance, formatting, and plagiarism. Manuscripts failing to meet basic standards will be rejected without peer review.

  2. Reviewer Assignment
Eligible manuscripts are sent to two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.

  3. Peer Review
Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, relevance, methodology, analytical rigor, contribution to the field, and clarity of presentation.

  4. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' feedback, the editor will make one of the following decisions:

    • Accept without revision

    • Accept with minor revisions

    • Major revisions required

    • Reject

  5. Revision by Authors
Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript according to reviewers' comments. Major revisions may be sent back to the reviewers for re-evaluation.

  6. Final Decision & Publication
Once accepted, the manuscript is scheduled for publication in an upcoming issue.

Estimated Timeline:

  • Initial screening: 5–7 working days

  • Peer review process: 2–4 weeks

  • Revision and final decision: dependent on author’s response time

JIAMB is committed to maintaining a timely, transparent, and rigorous review process to ensure high-quality academic publications.
